Mr. Karen Martirosyan is the deputy head of Management Advisory Services of Ameria. Having academic economic background, he is also a founder and member of the board of the Institute of Management Consulting Armenia and affiliate member of Institute of Consulting, London. He has successfully managed different projects in various fields and has extensive skills in undertaking strategy development, analytical systems’ design, institutional building, HR development, etc. He has vast experience in implementing projects in the field of capacity building, including establishment of analytical and monitoring systems, strategy development, institutional building, HR capacity building, etc. He is experienced in institutional analysis and needs evaluation, business process design and other related areas.
